Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data tadysystems.com collects, why, who it’s shared with, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Tadeo Bravo de Rueda, operating as Tady Systems, Hungary.
Contact for anything privacy-related: tadysystems@gmail.com

In data protection terms, we are the “controller” of the personal data described below.

2. What we collect and why

When you visit the site

  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, device, pages requested, time of request) is processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, so the site can be delivered securely and kept running.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, device type and country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you or follow you across other websites.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you book a call

  • Through the booking calendar (provided by Cal.com) we receive your name, email address, time zone, the time you choose and anything you choose to write in the booking notes. The booking is added to our Google Calendar and a Google Meet link is created for the call.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in preparing for and running the call (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you email us

  • Your email address, name and whatever you write to us.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps before an agreement if you’re asking about working together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you watch a video

  • Videos on the site are from YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, YouTube (Google) receives data such as your IP address and may store information on your device under its own privacy policy. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
Legal basis: your action of starting the video, and our legitimate interest in showing our work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.

3. Cookies

We don’t set any advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics works without cookies. The booking calendar may use storage on your device that it needs in order to work (for example, remembering your time zone while you book). YouTube may set cookies only after you choose to play a video. Because we don’t use non-essential cookies ourselves, there’s no cookie banner.

4. Who we share data with

We only share data with the services we need to run the site and handle bookings:

Service What for Where
Vercel Inc. Hosting and anonymous analytics USA / EU
Cal.com, Inc. Booking calendar USA / EU
Google (Calendar, Meet, YouTube) Scheduling, video calls, video playback USA / EU

Some of these providers are based in the USA. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it’s protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (where the provider is certified) and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

  • Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention settings.
  • Analytics: aggregated and anonymous, with no personal profiles kept.
  • Bookings and emails: kept for as long as we’re in contact, and deleted within 12 months of our last contact if we don’t end up working together.
  • If we work together: data needed for contracts and invoicing is kept for as long as Hungarian accounting and tax law requires (generally 8 years).

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you
  • correct it if it’s wrong
  • have it deleted
  • restrict how we use it
  • receive it in a portable format
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent

To use any of these rights, email tadysystems@gmail.com. We’ll reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Hungarian data protection authority:
Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9–11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary · naih.hu

You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to our YouTube, LinkedIn and X profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you’re there.

8. Changes

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
