Our work

Held to your standard.
Every time.

Every system here starts with how a person does the job well. We turn that into clear rules, then check every piece of work against them. The output may vary. The standard doesn't.

Content repurposing system

The problem

One good video or podcast episode holds more posts than most teams ever pull out of it. Finding them means rewatching, picking out the best lines and rewriting them for every platform. So it either gets skipped or handed to whoever has a spare hour.

What it does

Give it a script, a transcript or any long piece of writing. It finds the strongest moments, writes a post for each platform and scores every one against that platform's rules. Anything below the bar is rejected before it reaches you. What's left arrives as a short, ranked list.

The standard

Each platform gets its own written rules, the kind a good social editor keeps in their head. Every score comes with the reason behind it.

One moment from a demo video, where an automated report catches a client's ad spend going wrong:

TikTok / Reels · #1 · 85

Something happens on screen, a real problem gets a specific fix, and the payoff comes fast.

LinkedIn · Rejected · would have scored 48

It describes what the tool did, with no pain the reader has felt themselves. It fails the rule "REJECT product and feature description that contains no human friction."

Where you come in

You review the shortlist and decide what goes out. The system does the sorting. The final call stays yours.

Weekly client reports

The problem

Every week someone pulls numbers from four platforms, pastes them into a deck and writes a summary that mostly repeats the numbers. It's slow work, and the one thing that needed attention can still slip through.

What it does

It pulls last week's data from each platform, works out what changed and writes the report: a plain-language headline, a card for each finding and a clear recommendation. Every week it goes out to the client as a branded email.

The standard

It's written to the rule a good account manager follows: don't repeat the numbers, explain what they mean. Each finding is marked critical, watch or positive, and the report ends with what to do next.

  2. Marked critical
